In addition, she deepened her knowledge in corporate management, strategic management, financial management at Babson College, Massachusetts, USA and is a specialist nurse for anesthesia and intensive care medicine.
As a health care expert in international medical technology and hospital management, Ms. Klafke has more than two decades of experience in leadership, management, portfolio strategy and management. In addition, she has an excellent feel for customer and patient benefits, market developments and trends and has extensive experience and expertise in setting up and expanding profit centers, business units and subsidiaries. Her other core competencies include general management, business development, sales and marketing. She rounds off her international profile with several years of experience in the USA, including managing a US medical technology company and participating in executive programs at a US university. In 2022, the Arbeitskreis Interim Management Provider (AIMP) awarded Ms. Klafke the "Interim Manager of the Year" award.

Tim Schnieder studied engineering at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences. He then completed a Bachelor of Engineering in European Mechanical Engineering at Coventry University and a Master of Science in Manufacturing Management at the same university.
Mr. Schnieder is an international supply management expert for Healthcare, Life Science and Consumer Products with 15+ years of experience. His background includes positions as COO, VP and Senior Director Supply Management & Procurement as well as Production, S&OP, Industrialization, Quality and Logistics Manager and Leader. His core competencies include Corporate Management, Strategic Organization Development and Turn-Around as well as Strategic Sourcing, Operational Excellence, Production Management and Quality Management. He is a certified project manager and Lean Master Black Belt.

Josef Neuhold holds a Master of Science in Industrial Management and a degree in Industrial Engineering (FH) and Industrial Engineering.
He has more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including 8 years in international management. His focus is on change management, OPEX, engineering, international project management, standardization, digitalization, supply chain management and quality management. Josef has a track record of leading multicultural teams to implement customer-centric and cost-effective strategic solutions. He relies on delegation and coaching to achieve challenging goals in a dynamic environment and bring innovative ideas to improve collaboration and performance.

Dirk Düsterhöft studied computer science at the University of Applied Sciences in Bremerhaven with a diploma in media informatics. Mr Düsterhöft also holds a Master's degree in Management with a focus on Corporate Management from FOM Bremen.
During his professional career, he has worked in various positions such as Online Media Manager, Coordinator for Systems and Databases and as an IT Analyst. His core competencies include the recording and analysis of CSV-relevant processes in vaccine production as well as the coordination of the migration of software systems validated according to GMP, including revalidation. Furthermore, he is experienced in CSV in the entire production area (GxP, GAMP5, V-Model, Lean, PDSA, ITIL) and in process optimisation and implementation of international CSV company specifications. Mr Düsterhöft took over a CSV project in the SAP environment with more than 25 key users as project manager and successfully completed it in terms of quality, time and costs.

Constantin Stihl completed his Bachelor's degree in General Management at the EBS University of Business and Law in Oestrich-Winkel. Mr. Stihl completed his Master in Management and Technology at the Technical University of Munich, interrupted by a stay abroad at the Bocconi University in Milan at the Department of Management and Technology.
During his studies, Mr. Stihl gained professional experience in various industries. In addition to internships in a strategy and management consultancy and an auditing and tax consultancy, he also worked in various areas of banking, including operations, client management, controlling and asset management. Most recently, he co-founded an app that gives patients equal access to high-quality tests and healthcare through digital technology.

Nhung Pham is studying Business Administration & Business Psychology at the FOM Munich with a focus on HR Management and Labor Law.
As a working student at a well-known personnel consultancy, Ms. Pham has already gained experience in recruiting specialists and executives. She has knowledge of active sourcing in the management and implementation of the recruiting process. In addition, Ms. Pham worked in the area of Business Intelligence & Administration in the IT industry. There she developed relevant business information as a basis for operational and strategic decisions, prepared reports and was responsible for performance and financial controlling.
