Entourage is proud to support BioNTech in the development of a vaccine against COVID-19.
2020 was a special year for Entourage as well as for all people and businesses around the world. All areas of life were and still are affected by restrictions due to the global pandemic. At the same time, there were also bright spots and gratifying collaborations that play a part in getting back to normal as quickly as possible.
One of these collaborations is between Entourage and BioNTech. The European
immunotherapy company BioNTech received the world's first approval for an mRNA-based vaccine against COVID-19 in December 2020. The vaccine is based on BioNTech's proprietary mRNA technology and was developed together with BioNTech's partner Pfizer within one year as part of "Project Lightspeed".
As Entourage, we were able to support BioNTech in "Project Lightspeed" with our project consultants and freelancers. Our employees are mainly active in the area of quality assurance and thus help to ensure that BioNTech's products meet the high quality requirements of the individual countries and authorities.
