Entourage, a management and HR consultancy based in Basel and Munich, is pleased to see its team of highly qualified project consultants continue to grow with the addition of Doris Hirschi and Mandy Baumert.
Doris Hirschi trained as a businesswoman in stationary retail. She also completed further and advanced training in English, leadership and industrial psychology. She has more than 14 years of experience as an executive assistant, including more than 5 years in the international pharmaceutical industry. Most recently, Ms Hirschi worked as an Executive Assistant for an American pharmaceutical company in Switzerland. In addition to her role as Executive Assistant, her focus was also on office management and corporate integration.
Mandy Baumert studied physical engineering at the West Saxon University of Applied Sciences in Zwickau, completed an apprenticeship in veterinary medicine and completed additional training in quality management. Ms Baumert has more than 15 years of experience in the field of clinical research and healthcare/pharmacy under GLP/GMP. Her core competences include quality management, processing of deviations, CAPAs, but also SOPs, WPs and FRMs.
