Merlin Idris graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Psychology. He followed this with a Master's degree in International Business. Mr Idris has several years of professional experience in the field of data-driven business model innovation and project management with a focus on digitalisation. His core competencies include design thinking, agile and lean methods (Scrum and Kanban) and project management. Merlin Idris supports Entourage as a management consultant.
Knut Schwarz trained as a medical-technical assistant.
During his professional career, Mr Schwarz has worked for renowned pharmaceutical companies and research institutions, both in the operational laboratory area and in clinical, scientific and basic research, as well as in site engineering and IT. His competences include the development of molecular biological methods, development of IT and document management systems and process development and optimisation in the laboratory area under GMP. Knut Schwarz supports Entourage as a management consultant.

Knut Schwarz trained as a medical-technical assistant at the Philipps University in Marburg.
During his professional career, Mr Schwarz worked for renowned pharmaceutical companies, research institutions and IT companies in an international environment. He has worked for the Human Genome Project, in research and development, technical IT support and site engineering. His long-standing portfolio includes the development of molecular biological methods, laboratory organisation and automation and process development and optimisation under GMP. In addition, Mr Schwarz is experienced in the development of laboratory databases and in the qualification and technical support of analytical equipment.
