Pascal Brenneisen.
Advisory Board President.

Pascal Brenneisen is member of the Entourage Pharma Consulting AG. Pascal Brenneisen studied Law at the University of Basel and followed up with advanced studies at INSEAD, Fontainebleau, and Harvard Business School. He held international management positions in Operations, Marketing & Sales and General Management within the Novartis Group, and was responsible as CEO for the pharmaceutical giant’s Swiss business. His successful turnaround management of the Nyon plant, which secured 700 jobs through long-term investments, brought the manager widespread recognition.

Moritz Haucke.
Advisory Board Member.

Moritz Haucke M.A. is founder and Managing Partner of Entourage GmbH. Moritz Haucke studied Information Science, Business Administration and Philosophy at Saarland University and looks back on many years of experience in executive search work. Mr Haucke has successfully built up new markets for a leading Anglo-Saxon recruitment company in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. After developing the new markets, Mr Haucke was responsible for the pharma segment for the D/A/CH region. Moritz Haucke has excellent knowledge in the area of GxP-regulated markets and an outstanding network of experts and decision-makers in the pharmaceuticals industry market.

Dominik M. Aumer.

Business administration graduate Dominik M. Aumer is an independent management consultant and member of the board of Entourage Pharma Consulting AG. Dominik Aumer  studied Business Administration at Saarland University and looks back on over ten years of experience in strategic consulting and personnel development. Mr Aumer has in-depth knowledge in sales personnel and organisational development and an excellent network to decision-makers and experts in the services industry. As a consultant to marketing organisations, he develops scientifically verified concepts for the development of sales personnel using his proprietary process-based Sales Process Consultancy and founder of Entourage GmbH method. In 2013 Dominik M. Aumer was voted among the Top 100 Excellent Trainers in Germany.

Daniel Gustafsson.
Managing Director.

Daniel Gustafsson studied international business administration in Linköping and Mannheim.
During his professional career he worked for a well-known international personnel consultant. At the beginning he was responsible for the acquisition of new customers as Account Manager. Later he was promoted to Team Manager and led and developed 5 employees. Afterwards he took over as Sales Manager the technical responsibility for the sales in Germany with 10 Account Managers. As Sales Manager Germany & Branch Manager, he was then responsible for the Munich branch and was then promoted to Head of Sales Germany with overall responsibility for the whole of Germany. After that, Mr. Gustafsson became self-employed and worked as a freelance consultant in the field of development and digitalization of sales organizations.

Philipp Eleftheriadis.
Senior Sales Consultant.

Philipp Eleftheriadis studied Business Administration and International Business Administration at the University of Applied Sciences in Munich, graduating with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree. Mr. Eleftheriadis worked for a renowned personnel consulting company. As Account Manager, he was responsible for establishing and maintaining cross-industry customer relationships, developing and structuring sales territories and initiating sales activities. As Sales Team Manager, he was responsible for the disciplinary and technical management of a sales team. Mr. Eleftheriadis successfully led a team of up to eight account managers and was responsible for their process goals and metrics. His responsibilities included onboarding and training new employees as well as their professional development. Philipp Eleftheriadis supports Entourage as Senior Sales Consultant Switzerland.

Christian Fritz.
People Consultant.

Christian Fritz completed an apprenticeship as a chemical laboratory assistant specialising in synthesis and holds a federal diploma in technical business management.
Christian Fritz has 10+ experience as a chemical laboratory assistant in synthesis, analytics and research & development at well-known pharmaceutical companies. In addition, Mr. Fritz worked as a personnel consultant for a well-known company in the field of personnel consulting. There he was responsible for filling vacancies in Life Sciences and Pharma. His core competencies include customer acquisition and customer care. He supervised candidates, conducted interviews and prepared dossiers for the application. He is also experienced in database research and in the training of new employees.

Kris Hofmann.
Head of Finance.

Business administration graduate Kris Hofmann studied Business Administration at Saarland University in Saarbrücken majoring in human resources management, trade and marketing. In the course of his professional career, Mr Hofmann has gained extensive experience in the area of strategic planning and strategic purchasing, as well as in finance and budgeting, with a focus on retail. Mr Hofmann also has experience in human resources and rounds off his profile with marketing expertise. Kris Hofmann supports Entourage as Head of Finance in the area of contract design, as well as accounting and cost control.

Mischa Brandstetter.
Project Consultant.

Mischa Brandstetter completed a commercial apprenticeship.
At the beginning of her professional career she worked as a secretary in the Marketing Service. Later she worked as a Marketing Assistant. In her last position, Ms. Brandstetter worked as Marketing & Sales Operations Specialist for a well-known company in the field of allergy and autoimmune diagnostics. Her tasks ranged from the planning, development and realization of marketing and sales activities and projects to the organization of congresses, trainings and workshops and the administrative support of the country manager and sales team.
