Personnel and management consultancy Entourage welcomes Philipp Eleftheriadis as Senior Sales Consultant in Switzerland on November 1.

Entourage welcomes Philipp Eleftheriadis as a new Senior Sales Consultant in Switzerland. Mr. Eleftheriadis has a Master in International Business. During his professional career he worked for an internationally renowned personnel consultancy. He has 4 years experience in Account Management and 3 years in Sales Team Management. Among other things, he was responsible for the management of up to 8 account managers as well as their induction and development.

Philipp Eleftheriadis studied Business Administration and International Business Administration at the University of Applied Sciences in Munich, graduating with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree. Mr. Eleftheriadis worked for a renowned personnel consulting company. As Account Manager, he was responsible for establishing and maintaining cross-industry customer relationships, developing and structuring sales territories and initiating sales activities. As Sales Team Manager, he was responsible for the disciplinary and technical management of a sales team. Mr. Eleftheriadis successfully led a team of up to eight account managers and was responsible for their process goals and metrics. His responsibilities included onboarding and training new employees as well as their professional development.
